Any NBFC can contact us to purchase the software. Once purchased, accounts are created for their employees, who can then access the app.

The app contains no features intended for the general public.

We collect contact information (such as Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Physical Address, and other contact details) to:

When used by authorized employees or field staff, Synoriq mobile applications may collect location data, including background location, to verify customer visits, confirm on-duty field movements, and support internal operational, monitoring, audit, and compliance requirements. Location data is collected only with explicit user consent and only while the employee is logged in and marked as on duty.

Additional purpose applicable to mobile applications:

To verify and record field staff customer visits and on-duty movements for internal operational tracking, managerial oversight, and real-time field support.

Enable field executives and NBFC representatives to locate the customer’s address via map integration.

Verify that field executives are physically present at the customer’s location for validation purposes.

Calculate travel incentives for field executives.
Camera and Photo Library

Camera access is required for field executives to capture customer documents, visiting proofs, vendor documents, deposit proofs, and income proofs directly during loan application processing.

Photo library access is required to upload existing customer or vendor documents needed for loan processing and verification.
Microphone Access

Microphone access is required so that field executives can record discussions with customers during file process validations and verifications. These recordings are retained by the NBFC for compliance and future validation purposes.
Notifications

Notifications are sent to customers to provide important updates, such as due EMIs, delivery of loan-related documents, and other loan account–related information.
User Content

We collect user-uploaded content such as documents, receipts, KYC proofs, photos, videos, emails, messages, and audio data to:

Identifiers
